Find out the possibilities of combining your dives with the specialties we offer, to increase you dive knowledge and experience level. Guided Shore Dive Safari’s On an island, rated 2nd best shore diving world wide, you have to consider this option. This is why we started offering shore dive adventures with our “Hook’s-Safari-Bus”. Either you want to try something different or you are just not fond of boats, this is your best alternative. You will visit some of the island best beaches and dive sites. A very good way to spend a day of diving. Our popular destinations are Snakebay, Vaersenbay and of course the Superior Producer. To find out more about the dive spots, see the Favourites section. Tanks and weights are included. Boat Dives From our pier at Hook’s Diving we have our boat dives leaving at set times during the week. With our boat we take you to dive sites which cannot be reached from the shore, or we drop you with our guide for a nice and easy drift dive along the walls on Curaçao. We offer boat diving in 1 tank and 2 tank dives. Our boat is for 7 divers, so no crowds! For dive groups we rent our boat with captain out at affordable rates. Contact us for the possibilities. Tanks and weights are included. Night Dives Never underestimate the beauty of our house reef at night. If you have seen it during daytime, ask us for your night dive possibilities. After the sun sets, lobsters and octopus come out of their shelters and moray eels come out of their holes to hunt. All together a very exciting dive! We offer night dives weekly, make sure you do not sit out on this one! High-Season Specials: During the high-season we offer daytrip specials, for example the San Juan Safari or to Mushroom Forest (*). Further during the holidays we offer our Christmas dive and our Easter dive. San Juan Safari: At the estate of San Juan are small deserted beaches. Our trip here takes you diving on two of them. The reefs here are in excellent condition as not many divers visit these sites. You have a good change seeing turtles and large groups of snappers and blue tangs. After your second dive one of our divemasters, will show you they are not only good at diving but they can BBQ as well. A very nice and relaxing way to spend your day of diving! Including tanks and weights, BBQ and soft-drinks (beer and wine can be bought at a reasonable price). Mushroom Forest: This is one of Curaçao signature dive sites. It is a long, 15 meter (50 feet), deep plateau overgrown with mushroom shaped coral. You find yourself floating through a true fairy tail forest. Large school of fish, camera loving turtles all on one dive. This beautiful dive will have a spectacular ending as we end our dive in the blue room, a shallow cavern with a breathtaking view. *For our high season specials a minimum of 5 divers is required. Specials can be organized outside high season on request.
